Apprentice
Sprinkler Fitter
As an apprentice, you will learn the sprinkler trade with on the job training, you will work on multiple systems, and learn how a fire protection works. You will work with various experienced sprinkler fitters, on multiple projects to learn the the fire protection trade.
​Brigade provides an apprenticeship program to allow our apprentices to become journeyman fitters. This program is nationally accredited and a journeyman card can be used anywhere in the world.
Sprinkler Fitter
Brigade is looking for experienced sprinkler fitters to join our team. As an experienced fitter, you will have the opportunity to work with a team, or run work and help manage our projects. We have multiple opportunities for experienced fitters and our compensation and benefits package is very competitve in the industry.
If you are still looking to obtain your journeyman's card, Brigade provides an apprenticeship program.

Shop Fabricator
Our shop team and fabricators are an intricate part of Brigades success. They support both the service and the new construction departments. Our shop creates a quality controlled material package to ensure our new construction projects go up on time and accurate. They cut, thread, and spec out materials based on the job type.

Many of our competitors outsource their materials and fabrication. Our shop ensures Brigade can control the time frames and the quality of the materials for our customers. Higher quality is higher standards which has been Brigades standard since 1984.

Fire Protection
Designer
Brigade is looking to ad to our design team. Our designers provide fire sprinkler designs using AutoCAD and HydraCAD to create a complete a layout and design customized to fit our customer's buildings needs. A background in construction and fire protection is preferred.

Our designers not only design new construction projects, but they also design additions and modifications to existing buildings. Our designers work hand and hand with our customers and project managers.
Fire Protection
Estimator
Brigade is looking to add estimators to our team. Estimators are responsible for creating an accurate overall project cost. Estimators review bids, designs and project specifications, to create the accurate total cost of the project. They also have direct communication with customers and attend all necessary meetings to ensure the project is estimated properly.

Someone with solid computer and estimation skills and knowledge of the construction and fire protection industry is preferred.
Service Technician
Brigade is looking to add technicians to our growing service team. Service technicians maintain fire protection equipment after the installation. Our service team provides routine inspections based on the needs of the business and equipment type. These inspections help prevent untimely repairs and ensure the fire protection system is operating properly.
Service technicians also repair systems and work on modifying systems as needed.
Project Manager
Brigade is looking to add additoanl project managers to our team. Project managers are responsible for seeing a project from start to finish. PM's work with the building contacts to keep the project moving forward and to be completed on time. PM's work directly with our customers to find out their needs and customize a plan for their project.

Our PM's work with both our new construction superintendent and our service department superintendent to manage the projects across both divisions.
